Lead Week 2022

During each day of Lead Poisoning Prevention Week, we ask our partners to help raise awareness among parents and care providers by sharing infographics, links, and relevant information about lead poisoning prevention. Please help share our resources on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.

Use the hashtags #LeadFreeKids#LeadFreeNV, #NvCLPPP, and #NLPPW2022

Every day millions of Americans come in contact with lead-containing or lead-contaminated items. Lead can cause serious health effects in young children, pregnant people, and adults. Infants and young children are especially vulnerable to the effects of lead poisoning on their developing bodies. Lead poisoning is entirely preventable! Please help spread the word.
